Process
Once your purchase has been made, you will receive an email with a customization form. The more detail you share, the better I can capture what makes your pet uniquely them.
I'll send a watercolor draft for your approval before anything is finalized.
Allow 4–7 weeks from approval to delivery.
1. Provide Your Details
After checkout, you will receive an email with a customization form that will ask you for:
A Reference Photo: A clear picture of your pet.
Pet’s Name: Let me know if you’d like the name featured on the design, either on the exterior or integrated into the illustration.
Color Palette: Your preferred colors for the design.
Special Details: Any unique markings or "richness" you’d like me to capture in the portrait.
2. Review Your Mock-up
Once I receive your order, I will create a watercolor draft of your design. I’ll send this to you for approval, and we can make any necessary adjustments to ensure it’s perfect.
3. Hand-Painted Finalization
After you approve the draft, I will hand-paint the illustration onto the ceramic bowl using food-safe glazes.
